| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 kilo of ready to cook mussels
- 3 - 6 cloves of garlic
- some parsley
- 1 hot green pepper
- 2 spoonfuls of butter
- 1 lemon
- feta cheese
- pepper

| METHOD |
Wash the mussels carefully and put them in a saucepan with a little water . Cook them for some time .
After a while add the hot pepper cut in slices , the parsley , some black pepper , one spoonful of butter and the garlic in slices .
When they are almost ready add the cheese in small pieces , the lemon juice and the second spoonful of butter . |
