| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 kg ostrich goulas or steak
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 – 3 garlic cloves
- 1 green pepper, cut in stripes
- parsley, finely chopped
- 1 spoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil or butter
- Salt
- Pepper

| METHOD |
Cut then meat in cubes. Mix the tomato paste in water and oil. Place the meat in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place the meat in a crock pot. Pour over the tomato paste mix and bake in 180 C for 1 hour. Stir at regular intervals. Serve with fried or baked potatoes. |
